How Much Should the Pirates Spend?

I thought this would be a fun exercise. I’m going to look at the top 50 free agents as ranked by MLB Trade Rumors and state how much I would be comfortable with the Pirates spending on them. This isn’t an attempt to predict the contract each player will receive or even an attempt to say what each player should receive. The amount I’m going to post is what I think would be the highest the Pirates should go on the players. Now as another disclaimer this is top of the mark numbers. The Pirates should not necessarily offer these contracts to these players but this is the highest I would feel comfortable with.
